Back in the early 80s, when Atari released Pac-Man for the 2600, my dad had to drive all the way across Houston to the Sears store at Greens point to get a copy as it was sold out everywhere else. I was super happy until I got home and played it. Never went back to that mall again.

From was once a nice, clean, & popular shopping destination to an abandoned building. I'm sure they're going to demolish it like they did the San Jacinto Mall over in Baytown, TX.

Damn I used to do that at least once a month wake up 5am roll up a blunt hop in my 98 Buick Regal gs supercharge on 20 inch blades and cop a new pair of jays holla at females . Man so many memories! Georgeios was the spot for clothes or Urban Legends. Music Depot next to the Foleys across from the star shots where all the fine girls would go take their glamorous shots! So many great memories! The fencing was there for the locked units which housed flight risk students. There were 6 units, if I’m remembering correctly. Two locked and 4 unlocked. This was a residential treatment center/school where girls came, usually state ordered, for severe emotional & behavioral difficulties.
