Nope, he is Finnish, although his first language is Swedish, since he belongs to the Swedish speaking minority in Finland. He is fluent in Finnish though, and his co-driver (actually his brother in law) read the pace notes in Finnish.

I've got a distant relative in Norway, I speak Swedish with him and he speaks Norwegian. :)

more like a Finnish Swede speaking Swedish (his first language, as Finland is bi-lingual) with a Norwegian (which is very close to Swedish anyway, in other circumstances they could just be a dialect of each other)

Swedish speaking finns are often better in understanding Norwegians than Swedes. Quite handy for all Norwegian tourists visiting Finland every year.

Aye! Doesn't mean they have to speak English though! If its English TV then thats fine but its for Norwegian TV and therefore probably easier being two Norwegians to speak Norwegian, either Nyorsk or Bokmal dialects, their mother tounge, back to their own national people. Why because they are just working here would they have to report back to Norway in English. Perhaps they thought that the English title was snappier, Golden Goal is a universal footballing term afterall, but it is irrelevant. Are people to lazy to read subtitles?

It's called Golden Goal it's a Norwegian football ⚽ show which had airtime on tv2 or nrk ( Norwegian broadcasting channels)

Fredrik André Dahl-Andersen it was on TV2, and no it wasn’t a football show! It was a sports/talk show! The host name is Johan Golden, and that’s why the show had its name! I really miss this show! They experimented with hilarious sports and had legendary guests!
