Old geezer here...being a native southern Californian our family made an annual trip to Disneyland. My Grandparents came on one occasion and wound up having a 10 minute chat with Walt, himself, while he was having a sack lunch at the Main Street roundabout in front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle. The Matterhorn had just been completed and as a 6-year-old boy, I thought I was going to die on that Bobsled ride. The shooting gallery in Frontierland allowed me to shoot a real 22 ca rifle at targets. Of course the gun barrel was tethered with a chain to restrict kids from becoming Frontierland mass shooters. The fish that kids would catch on the river were cleaned and put on ice over at the River Belle Terrace for either a tasty fresh fish lunch, or you could pick up your catch as you left the park. I was lucky enough to have enjoyed The Magic Kingdom in its heyday when people were courteous and dressed up like they had just come from church. Man, I miss that era. I can understand now why my dear departed pops always said he wished he had been born 100 years earlier. Simpler times, slower pace of life. 😪

Robin Williams was terrific in this role and not many other actors could have pulled it off. You could see the sheer desperation of his character throughout the film. Despite clearly hating every minute of being Mrs Doubtfire, he did it so he could see his children every day. He sacrificed his identity just to get that chance, preferring to put himself through something he hated doing just to be around them.

Emily trying to open the yogurt and her determination to open it is just gold. Trying to stay in character but clearly not got a chance in hell was she getting to eat finally 😂 Also the endless swearing Emily does.
