Agreed, the balance has been really interesting in this new update and especially at a high level between top players like this. 8rad was an important play by Opest and especiallyutilizing combined arms of the PAK AT + Gren / Faust + 8 rad to cover all basis against Greyhound and rifles early.

@@SargeGG I think they need an accuracy and turret rotation buff. They can always mess with rate of fire and AOE, but it really needs to hit more shots. It constantly shoots into the ground, and even when it does hit, it usually doesn't hit multiple soldiers unless they are clumped. Honestly, the simplest change would be to make it a lot more similar to the CoH2 greyhound.

@@strategist6962 Yeah that is a good point, it is pretty inconsistent atm. I think you're right esp given how the greyhound has low utility. It needs to be more combat effective for the early-mid game. On paper, its a good counter to the 8-Rad but Wehr can use the combined arms of a PAK AT, Gren / Faust, and an 8 rad to counter.

Yeah, it’s true, AT loiters have been notoriously strong in COH3. They have the ability to turn the tide of a battle or entire match, if utilized properly. Historically, speaking, I believe the rounds have a high level of penetration but I think the bigger issue is the accuracy and zone of influence as you’re also describing

Yeah, I agree Circa, Matilda’s are extremely resilient and become increasingly more effective with combined arms because they soak up so much damage.

Hey Andy, it’s a good question and really requires Tactical awareness. When you see disability, a general rule is to avoid the enemy units because they are timer based will eventually flee the battlefield. So do not try to engage the units head on, but rather tactically retreat into a safe for position where you have MG support or air support to suppress the infantry assault... You want to stall for time without taking heavy losses or being forced to retreat off of Battlefield.

@@HunterDak unfortunately it's a game mechanic that's working very well. why is it risky? he can just take down any vehicle with his 4 paks and mgs wont be able to do anything since he also had a leig and probably off maps. the enemy can't really use off maps or arty on him since he can move swiftly don't get me wrong here I'm not hating on Sarge, I think it's just stupid that the game allows you and rewards you for blobbing hard. (only in 3v3's and 4v4's tho since you would just loose the whole map if you did that in 1v1's or 2v2's)

its 4v4 and 3v3 blobing was a way to counter their blob blobing is a game mechanic its risky carpet flame carept naval or any red smoke off map arty will risk full retreat or annhilation also one bishop shot or rangers 105 arty on them will kill much models also if enemy is consolidation its so noob to send unit by unit as waves to try to break through aslo axis does not have that early elite / advanced infantry like ranger or commando that u can send it to flank and do the job and at the end thats why relic 4 modes for all kind of players if u want 2v2 and 1v1 Sarge have Ares POV games as well if u r not a 4v4 or 3v3 player do not critisize it please

Ah yes, most players use the default camera review that you prefer. While some players like to rotate the camera straight on. In this case, Ares likes to rotate. I personally prefer the default view like yourself, but I do not find it too hard to follow.
