Could be for many reasons, but usually after clearing and/or then freeing yourself to access and tune into certain higher frequencies, sleep paralysis occurs. For example, one evening after a time when I had been feeling very low, I stood on a table in a rain storm so I could see over my back wall and view the valley below and the whole sky as it flashed and thundered, rained and misted. It was so beautiful (and safe to do where I live) and so I just set my soul free in the experience. I sang and danced and smiled and laughed, and cleansed my whole being in the showers and charged air. By doing so, I freed myself from that dark cloud and raised my frequency to such a powerful state, that my spirit was itching to leave my body and actually fly free. That night, I slept deep. My spirit left my body and when it returned I woke up, but my body was not yet caught up - hence the paralysis (which is when your body is asleep, but your mind is conscious to varying degrees. It feels scary, but it's really nothing to be scared of. If you follow the fear you can manifest things that may spook you, so rather relax and use it as an opportunity to observe, because at these times, we can often catch glimpses of our guides, passed loved ones and pets, curious spirits, even angels etc. Call on your guardian spirit to keep you safe and you will be fine. So, my feeling is that after clearing the blockages, you lightened your load and you set your spirit and soul free, so to speak. So, your spirit left your body, and then your human body probably relaxed into such a deep sleep state, that when your spirit returned and you woke up, your human body just needed time to catch up. So your experience may be coincidence, or may have been because you were listening from a place of fear and that fear was manifesting, or if your asma was a curse caused on purpose buy evil eye or magic, or is a bloodline curse etc., then it may have flared up if your physical body was triggered by the energy and trying to purge the illness from your system, or a spirit from your system etc. If you suspect this is the case, then I may suggest you physically go (with a family member or friend who can take you to a hospital if needed) to a shauman or spiritual healer who can help you in a more hands on way, for your safety.
