Bambu Lab warns against using both lights together. It exceeds the current limit and may damage the ap board. Biqu didn’t check that properly. Using just the Panda Lux works, but basically just changes the direction of the light.

Check for sls powder in the rear two ducts, several other reviews have found uncleared powder in the ducts preventing the additional airflow, showing no improvement in airflow until these “clogged” vents are cleared, then a notable improvement is observed.

Hey everyone, I need some help! I’m trying to update the firmware for Marlin on my 3D printer, but it’s not working. I’ve downloaded the firmware, configured the files, compiled it, and copied the .bin file to a FAT32 formatted SD card. However, all that happens is the printer writes the EEPROM.DAT file, but it doesn’t actually update the firmware. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Warning Due to all wonderful and shiny reviews on youtube. I bought an x1and got a printer, which is fucking shit: Full of software faults and operation glitches: the setup is not as easy as claimed by all reviewers: the QR code wich appears in the setup isn’t working. The actual one is hidden in the menu of the display and appears suddenly when you touch a menu symbol. The AMS setup wasn’t working according to the manual or videos all. And from bambulab you can expect absolutely no support. It’s probably just a letterbox company. I can’t even return the printer, because nobody responds. All tickets are just fake. I bought it, because I’m a beginner and wanted an easy start, but the opposite is absolutely the truth. Therefore I strongly recommend not to buy this printer. After this example of fucking Chinese engineering I bought an Prusa MK4, which might seems to be old school and not sexy. But it fulfills the promises of easy setup and superior print quality. I’m going to sue Bambulab in order to get money, which won’t be easy with a fake company, but fun.Anyway we should change the name from bambulab to pandas shit.

Cannot wait to get mine. I have the Method X Carbon and it’s been a difficult printer at times but prints so nicely. Then I have the Kobra Max and Kobra Plus from anycubic. So the X1 carbon will be an amazing addition for the future projects I have.

I have a small pit on the X axis profile itself, what can I do to fix that? This pit is only affects bottom wheel but it cause uneven layer thickness while printing so only half of the print table is usable

the instructions are not very good and the construction of the laser is a bit complicated. I could not have done it without you. You certainly have better fingers that get into small spaces to screw all of the components. Thanks for this video.

Still helpful this tutorial in 2024, recently updated my Tornado with the 2208 and LV driver, bit of a 'problem' now, I don't hear the printer anymore except the fans what a improvement. Didn't change the firmware because it worked great with the current firmware and don't want to have surprises that cost me hours to solve. I changed the direction of the steppers on the connector, easy to do. Thanks for posting this!!
