This is an informative story but I believe that the parents missed some important Behavior cues that may have contributed to their son's illness - timestamp 14:20 where he says "he beat the hell out of him" after the son shared his fear about the match. If the send truly gave it is all with good sportsmanship is one thing but if he did beat the hell out of the other kid in other words injuring him to the point where he needed to be stopped by the referee then he may have been looking for approval from his dad. Perhaps the harsh language of " beating the hell out of the kid" is an East Coast expression for a successful wrestling match.

As a composer, I always pay attention to music on tv, movies, documentaries and games. The soundtrack on this documentary is beautiful.

@@bigmona2741 you're right. The speech vs bgm volume is a bit uneven. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed this documentary a great deal. It's not something I hear about everyday

Sometimes I wonder if schizophrenia is nothing but alien life or alien forces getting hold of someone’s brain, and communicate or research via the person.

Relentless No Boundaries many brothers were like that, not as often shared it with a third party. Joey didn't have an off switch, Healthy wasn't in the equation. The absolute in this loving unconditional family is remarkable to see, its easy to see this same child with a single addict mother would be complete disaster. This family as a whole Unit is remarkable to me, such a hard story to share 💞🙏🏽

I lost my best friend since grade school, who was like a sister to me, to schizophrenia last year. It's heartbreaking what it can do to a person and those who love them. I'm so glad for those who are able to survive this.

KZfaq algorithms are so bad. I have searched for videos like this and now this one comes up from seven months ago. I completely recovered from schizophrenia in three years before I even knew what schizophrenia was. I figured out that by ignoring and not believing in the hallucinations and delusions they lose their power over you.

Please don’t judge the mum for smiling. It might be her coping mechanism. You gotta smile or you’ll cry. I have paranoid schizoaffective disorder depressive type. I’ve put my family and friends through hell. The fact she can still smile when recalling memories is lovely to see. Add to that two amazing parents. Yeah anyways. Be kind

I was diagnosed schizoaffective four years ago aged 44. My symptoms started aged six. So many red flags and now I’m properly medicated I can live a fairly ‘normal’ life. I have a partner I’ve been with for 24 years and have three amazing boys. Now I know I’m not a bad person and I am in fact ill.

Best full song I've ever heard. I can't believe I was never shown this guitarists and am an instant fan. Huge fan of Chris as well. First came across an instrumental track and offered voices, yet found that Joseph has a great voice. Quarrelsomeness loves every bit of this, head to toe. Best 50+ minutes of music possibly ever made

You ..whomever filmed this sorely amateur video, you can't even have CENTERED THE SCREEN. Also I was indeed enjoying this poorly done video until the mother! kept saying every 1-2 seconds the following words "YOU KNOW".! Yikes!!!! So now I'm going to watch a better more professional video on the topic of paranoid schizophrenia... Don't quit your day job..lol😂

My mother of six children,is schizophrenic and should of never had children. My siblings hate her and I'm taking care of her and shes so paranoid. She talks to ghost for days with no sleep. She has missed dr apts because of her insomia. It's a struggle for me as she is 67 and blind and can not walk and a diabetic. I take care of her and 6 other disabled adults in the home. I manage to work full time with gig work. It's very difficult because I'm struggling to care for them all by myself. My mom is schizophrenic she thinks I'm having an affair with my father. She thinks my father raped my niece, and she believes she can fly. She constantly feels bug bites and claps her hands. So you know. I call the Dr and they say it's normal for old people to act that way. The Er just shoots her with Valium and send her home. I'm stuck. No one helps. My mom doesn't let me sleep because she won't sleep. As a children she wouldn't let us sleep and we had to go to school. It's really really hard to live with a Schizophrenic, especially when everyone shuts the door in your face. I'm glad to hear your story. My son learned guitar also and is also a genius in music, he's a guitarist. My son is 20, he learns a song in a few minutes, and writes his own music. It's great to hear these stories. Hearing my sons music has helped me a lot through the struggle. He has Autism and social anxiety disorder. Never stop being their for each other.

He's also one of the most Loving ,sensitive people. I wish he had a strong support system other than me. People tend to take advantage of him.

Please be aware that a large percentage of diagnosed Schizophrenia is being caused intentionally by sick male humans using high technology electronic weapons that can transmit voices - the 5 senses and emotions directly to (your) the brain such as NSA remote neural monitoring since 1980.
