Gloves .. thank you .. god only knows how many people touched that jar and thats after their bathroom break .... this is always in my head ... I can't stand fingers in food .. there I am frying some cutlets and plating them , along come hubby picking open almost everyone so he could see which one he wants .. this gives me the shivers and this man seems to t u ink its the first time that I stoped him ... This drives me absolutely crazy... who knows where anyones fingers were into before. ...when I cook I make sure not one thing get contaminated , if I have to stop to grab anything , who knows what fingers were on that last , like food items , cabinet door , refrigerator or even the worst I heaed was the phone.. I will make sure no one becomes sick when I'm cooking.. Years ago lesson was learned when I first married, I had my parents over for thanksgiving and the next day to they became I'll I felt terrible. My mind still goes on and thinks al different ways they could have gotten sick ...so now I'm the cleanest cook around. But I can be messy.....lol... just be careful folks this is why I'm writing to warn , so this doesn't happen to you or your loved one's. ..

Customers are so enthralled with something new and unique, they don't even notice a stranger touching his spatula AND the crepe itself with bare hands. This is pretty unsanitary. I say this as a person who has cooked over 100,000 crepes in the last four and a half years on a professional crepe cart. Please be careful folks. When you eat at kiosks, notice the details, notice the chef's routine, notice the condition of the work station. I personally wouldn't eat from a messy cart or a chef that looks to be a slob. Those little red flags are a sign of worse violations. Last thing you want on a holiday in an exotic place is food poisoning.
