I did my best. For some reason i can do curtsy squats with my left leg behind but when i tried to put my right leg behind i kept losing my balance. Maybe next time i'll do half on 1 side half on the other instead of back and forth 🤔

Slowly starting to do more exercise again. It's been hot outside so I've not been getting as much walking in, but I can do videos, even if it's hot outside. Tomorrow is the first day of school. Hey, I just wanted to stop and say thanks this morning for all the effort your team puts into these videos. I've been following along for several months. I especially appreciate the new "preview" of the four different exercises coming our way at the beginning of the video. I'm working out in a really small space so that preview is so helpful in knowing whether I need to move on to another video or whether the current one is doable in the space I have.

I need to admit two things. First, I’m a bit embarrassed, but I must acknowledge that I didn’t complete today’s exercise. The first three days were challenging but manageable, and I was proud of my progress. However, today’s session was nearly impossible for me. The second thing I want to confess is that I’m not fond of Coach Creg. He doesn’t clearly indicate when the exercise is nearing its end. Since I can’t always keep an eye on the screen, I review the exercise video beforehand and follow his instructions as I go. The lack of cues about approaching the end makes the exercises harder to manage. I’m curious if anyone else feels the same way.
