This condo development project - Lane Residences in Lanang, Davao City -- is destroying the reputation of SMDC. Started around 2018 (6 years ago), it has 8 buildings but none has been fully completed up to now. Buildings A, B & C look like completed from the outside but they are not yet fully completed in the inside (not yet livable). The other 5 buildings are not even 10% completed (nakatiwangwang lang). Worse, based on external observations, there has not been any real construction works for the last 3 years, up to now (2024). No amenities have been constructed. In other words, the project is, for all intents and purposes. an abandoned project. How do I know these? Way back in 2019, I bought two units for investment purposes, thinking that I could re-sell or rent them out within 4 years. Malas ko lang, mukhang hindi ito matatapos sa loob sampung taon.

Blugre Coffee at 13:25. One of the very first coffee shops in Davao City. They have that ambiance similar to Starbucks and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf before they came to the city. Basti's Brew had already closed so this is probably the last from that era.

Yeah.. it's supposedly March but I think it was because they added dumping to avoid getting reached by flood when it rains very hard. It is on the 3rd quarter this year as what I've heard from a friend who's a friend of the owners.
