I have been working out barefoot for a while now, and it seems to help the feet, so I will keep doing it. Nice workout today! Thanks PJ, you're the best! 😊❤

What a great workout! I used a variety of weights because my muscles all over are aching from inner tubing behind a boat a couple days ago 😆

Thanks PJ! This is my favorite stretching exercise and will it on my list. Personally, I found the music too loud near the last part and cannot hear your instruction clearly.

I honestly thought I couldn't do this workout (or anything else) today---I'm at the end of the first day of preschool, and as a preschool teacher I was soooo tired (shoutout to all teachers of any age and grade! ❤❤❤) 😂😅 BUT, as always, I feel soooo much better after the workout! ❤ Thank you! ❤

Great full body strength workout. The excercises are intense challenging and fun. I used 12lbs, 10lbs and 5lbs. Funny that you’re so enthusiastic about that formula 1 racing on Netflix. I haven’t seen it though. Here in the Netherlands at Zandvoort there is formula 1 racing too🏎 I’m glad I enjoyed this workout. Thank you PJ and Tia. 👍💪❤️

You need to have a serious talk with yourself about those 45 sec repeater knees. I did it, but I never knew 45 secs could be so LONG! 😂

Ohhh, you know how I like those repeater knees and quick skaters! I will be taking a one week hiatus : Tomorrow I am having Mohs surgery on my chin for basal cell carcinoma, so I will have to lie low for a week in order to help the healing process. Walking is going to be ok, though! I should be back just in time for the Limitless Challenge! 💪 Thanks, PJ!❤

Great, but super challenging workout after taking a week and a half off while in Brazil. Yes I know I should’ve worked out, but I did do a whole lot of hill walking with my husband! My oldest daughter is going to an F1 race in Belgium for 3 days next summer. She just discovered her love for it in the past few months. I should’ve encouraged Montreal, closer and not as nerve wracking for this momma!

So great to get back to PJ! I broke my arm in a terrific ice storm in January. It was a double break and required surgery so I was out of commission for quite a while. I have been following the exercises this week and am happy to be able to participate! Thank you PJ for getting me back into my routine!

I’m so happy I recently discovered you! I’m a 69 year old retired CSCS with spinal stenosis and nerve pain down my left leg. I’m anticipating surgery in the future so I’m trying to keep as strong as possible. Although I have had to drop down in weights used and have had to modify some of the exercises, you have kept me moving! Thank you for your attention to proper form and your exercise knowledge. I feel like I’m in good hands!
