He seems to love the attention and picks things up pretty darn quick. He can’t quite figure out how to take the food out of my hand without BITING me hence the bowl to feed him in sometimes 😆

Yes. Ready was born Jan 1. so he’s s not old enough for the AKC Titles yet. He’s a smart little pup!

@@watchmoivies123 I just love their personalities. A friend bred these puppies. She is here in Alaska which was wonderful because I knew they would be quality pups & with Covid I didn’t really want to travel to pick one up elsewhere. I got to watch them grow up and she pegged him as being for me right from the start - just because he was so outgoing and offered so many behaviors on his own

Wow that is so nice that you had a puppy right in your same state did you say you’re from Alaska? Anyway he is a lovely little puppy and I’m glad you have him because you are a wonderful trainer. Will you finish them in the breed rain or do you just do obedience and agility I am looking forward to all his upcoming videos Oh PS what do you feed I’m always wondering what people feed do you do a cable and part homemade or just a homemade or all kibble ?

@@watchmoivies123 Yes Alaska, and I do feel really blessed to have gotten this guy. I will likely compete in obedience and agility at some point. The breeder had him on Pro Plan Puppy food so I have stuck with that. I train with it too but use Ziwi Peaks lamb cat food if I'm somewhere I want a higher value reinforcement

We’ve had schipperkes for many years, but lost our last one early 2020. I’m hoping we’ll be bringing one of these little ones home soon!

They claim Jack Russells are one of the smartest dogs. After having a Schipperke for 18 years I think he is the smartest.

You do such a remarkable job of training animals, you should take that on as a side job! That is adorable and you know that next to beagles, I like schipperkes the best b/c we used to have a Belgian Shepherd.
