I think that it’s actually the spirit of Anna because when the trolls heal her they change her memory which means that she has a different soul which means that Anna’s spirit is calling Elsa to retrieve her spirit

I have read another theory in which it is said that as Hulk knew everyone hated him on Earth in Age of Ultron in which he ran away he didn't want to change into the Hulk on Earth to scare the people again.

Given that Hulk returns to Earth for the first time since Avengers: Age of Ultron, and considering his dialogue in Thor: Ragnarok where he mentions feeling hated by Earth, it reinforces the theory that he may have been hesitant to transform to avoid frightening the people of Earth

Fun video! Only recommendation I have is to try and do as much research as possible when it comes to Marvel videos. Comic fans are a little particular about who they want to watch videos like this from, and mispronouncing things like "Thanos" and "Mjolnir" will turn them off of watching these types of videos from you in the future because they won't think you have the knowledge to talk about this stuff. Hope that didn't come off the wrong way. Good luck!
