Invest in pain patches or a cream that helps removing pain. Another thing u can do is buy heat pads or a hot water bag it removes the aches and loosens any stiff muscles. Or u can buy a therapy therapist's gun/ massager that u can put on any pulled muscle. This tends to help me since I'm allergic to most pain/inflammatory medicines.💙 Hope this helps u or someone else.🥰🧡
