Pugsley is not supposed to be weak he supposed to be scary. He’s an Addams. He’s not supposed to be afraid he’s not supposed to fear anything. That’s not the character that Charles Adams made him out to. Charles described him as a monster of a boy, a boy who can turn himself into a Hyde mixing the right chemicals together, threatens to deal with Wednesday by poisoning her and he supposed to be a troublemaker too

The money belongs to Fester. From the film, he’s the brother of Gomez. But he’s the oldest. So with that, based off the film, fester is the one who has the money. Not Gomez I think it was inherited, that’s just an assumption 😊

That's true. I forgot about that, but since Fester went missing, I guess Gomez took control over the estate and money.

I've always thought that the most successful Gomezes have been very not ugly, but they've always seem to have something unconventional, kind of goofy. I love that Raul and Christopher Lloyd have the same eyes.

You are correct in that the family tree in the 1990s cartoon is the same as the live action films. In the series premiere, Gomez explicitly says Fester is his brother, and in another episode, Grandmama introduces herself to someone as “Granny Frump”.

In some ways censorship is stricter now than back in the 60s. We should do away with censorship & open conversations with our children.
@3vart_
@3vart_ 26 күн бұрын
I think that different things are more censored now. Like they had and promoted smoking in the 60s Addams Family but didn't allow kissing. Now in modern Addams Family they allow kissing but they would never show smoking in kids media. So I guess censorship is just always changing.

Honestly, i always thought the addams were inbred wealthy folk with old money. It explains the what would be considered both mental and physical disabilities. And when Morticia or Gomez say "your side of the family" they are always saying an addams regardless of who they are saying. They were both addams or have an addams as a cousin. They are both from the addams family

@@3vart_ I grew up on the tv series, and had a fondness for Gomez. Astin has a definite eccentricity which plays well into Gomez. It is that eccentric aspect that he's probably most famous for, and he used that when he was cast in a recurring role in the wacky, wild and wonderful tv series "Night Court", where he played a man who had spent time in a mental institution. He had a catch phrase in this role, and it's the last line of this clip: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/g557l9d7tKnef4k.html

With how majority of adaptations typically make Wednesday a miniature copy of her mother, it is rather surprising the 1992 cartoon did not give Wednesday the same ghostly pale complexion. I'm guessing it's because it doesn't look good with the blue and magenta she's wearing. Most of the family wears colorful clothing, except the two pale-skinned members, Morticia and Fester, who are wearing neutrals to avoid clashing. All the blond and animated Pugsleys have color on their clothing, while the dark-haired and live-action ones are black-and-white.

I also feel that way. Elon Musk for example. Space exploration and eventual possible colonization of Mars and other planets is a lofty and ambitious goal. However, I feel that there is so much better projects and endeavors, that 195 billion dollars can do, on Earth. Imagine how many homeless people can be gotten off of the streets with that kind of money. Even building 1,000,000 really cheap homes, at $50,000 each, would be a big help. That's only 5 billion dollars. Which is a small amount, for someone like Elon Musk. According to Google, there 653,462 homeless people in America right now. 1,000,000 homes would excessively fix the problem, with many more homes to spare. When blessed with such large amounts of money, it's natural to want to buy alot of lavishly unnecessary things and travel the world, and I must admit that I would want to do a bit of that myself. But I would directly fix alot of problems with the world if blessed with 195 billion dollars.
