Id like to see the Comic come to Phoenix or the Valley maybe the city can extend the convention center to house it and it would be less distracting than Vegas like San Diego and id like to see the city being in more entertainment. I get it though i actually love San Diego beautiful city and I’m sure it brings a lot of revenue into San Diego and I’m sure the local wouldn’t want it to go either I’m sure but i got visions for Phoenix too and its got a chance to be one the most culturally diverse cities in the world and that’s why i think it could work there but we’ll see.

The number 1 reason economists now think there isn't gong to be a recession is that there is a democrat in the White House and it's an election year. If there were a republican in the White House we would have been subjected to 4 years of the constant drum beat of sure impending economic doom.

In San Diego, our unemployment rate in Dec. 2022 was 2.9% paired with our dwindling supply of homes in the county. Each market is very different and I don't believe we have the supply to see a housing crash in San Diego which is what the economists are also predicting based on stats.
