For non weight bearing screws would be cool to have clips of some sort like scree and pin clip so you could more easily collapse it flat

Just so people don't waste time thinking about it, the long screws are only for the rubber feet. Also skip forward in the video to notice that you need a whole lot of space to put this thing together. Might have to be done outside, and then someone to help you carry it. I was dreading having the same issue as others who couldn't get the pole inside the t-end of the other pole at 2:08, but mine all slid together easy as shit, just like the video. My t-end pole (bar number 2) is symmetrical. There is no direction/longer side. Probably an updated design. Wait no it's a bad thing, because the t-end is shorter across, so it can now rattle back and forth, rather than all fitting together tight. Might have to add a little PVC pipe of something if it's an issue. Okay turns out it's not an issue. Nothing makes contact, even if I wobble the whole thing side to side. The guy in the video is a strong fellow! this thing is heavy as shit and requires a certain kind of strength to move around easily. It's a lot of grip strength, and then this bicep hammer curl strength but out really wide, an front delt I guess. Very awkward. Being able to move this thing around easily will be by primary motivation to get a bit stronger lol. I love it. Such an awesome pull-up bar. It's right at the height of my ceiling, which is super cool. I have to get on my tippy toes to grab it as a 6 foot tall person. I'm going to use rings with it, but I do hanging sessions in the morning and it's nice to have a fully relaxed hanging body with that, rather than lifting the lower legs back. Can also take off some weight with a tiny step. Super happy.

I just put mine together. I was surprised that the frame weighs 70 pounds. It is very sturdy, and the frame can be reduced by sliding the poles downward so it can easily go through a door-- that is, if you can lift 70 pounds.

Cái này mới mua về gắn chặt một tí, sử dụng 1 vài ngày tiếp tục vặn cứng thêm tí, do cái cao su 2 đầu sẽ bị ép lại, cứ 2, 3 ngày lại ép từ từ vào, đến khi nào cứng thì mới sử dụng thoả mái, chứ mới vặn lần đầu, sử dụng cho nhiều ngày, cái cao su 2 đầu teo lại là bị tuốt chắc luôn !!!

Cái là muscle up có phần xoay cổ tay khiến xà bị nới lỏng tập mà không có tìm hiểu xong gặp thêm quả YTB đăng lên cũng có giải thích làm ng khác hoang mang
