@MeltrinahManyama hello. How long has your business been registered? If it was registered in 2022 then you'll file for 2022 and 2023.

@MeltrinahManyama login to your efiling profile. Ensure at the top by Portfolio and Taxpayer you have selected your company. Then on the left hand side you see 'Returns Issued', click on that then clock on 'Income Tax' then you should see which returns are outstanding.

Thanks mam, you were helpful previously. I incorrectly filled information last time and saved so I no longer get the Maintain Legal Entity Details pop-up. Now I wish to undo the info I previously saved because I need to File the return as a Dormant one. Now I can't complete the process. I cannot add the year of assessment and Tax Reference Number.

Hey there 😃 When requested to put in the type of shares you’ll write - ordinary shares. Then you’ll be asked to write how many shares - I’d advise 100 cause then that makes it easier if you have business partners and have to divide the percentage for each partner. Then you’ll be asked to fill out your details as the shareholder/s.

After the dormancy step they ask a great deal about shares and shareholding please cover that as well
