Just what I wanted to know, thanks for taking the time & trouble in making this video.

The taller ones are absolutely crap. From my experience they do not hold the heat at all. Also, the drinking 'flip' lid when in the open position and you take a sip keeps pressing against your nose (I consider my nose average size, just FYI) and you end up with a coffee/hot chocolate mark on the tip of your nose that you have to wipe away after every sip... Bloody annoying. Lol...

The paper thing around the curved cup isnt meant to stay on the mug, you take it off

This was so bad I thought you might be Alan Partridge taking the hiss. I then thought you were going to do the magic trick, 'Find the Ball' to cheer up all the sad people that go into Costa and look sadly out the window wondering 'Why did I buy this coffee'
