ALARM! Help please! On KZfaq is running a US located channel, calls PteasHedgehog. We suspect that is this is a hedgehog breeder farm. In the closer past appeared many videos in where intentionally abuse the hedgehogs and their hoglets. Grab the babies from their mother, frightening and humiliating the shy young hogs. And a lot of sick people like this chanel. Sad. I made a contact whit a US pet anticruelty association and allert the YT. But I am afraid this is not enough. I would like the call all normal hedgehog owners for boycott this chanel whit dislikes and critical comments. Thanks.

😆 Typical hedgehog gets scared & defensive as soon as the owner tries to interact with/or help it. They're very primitive creatures not much of a pet.

Ok. So I think about the situation. (I had a dog.) 1. Pets don't do what is uncomfortable or not safe for them. 2. We humans believe that we are right in all situations😂. 3. We have to think with our pets' mind. From the back: a plastic plate standing in angle in front of the pets is dangerous for them. Evolutionary reflex: An unknown thing is in angle is a potential predator. This is same in case of cats and cucumber or banana. We know that cucumber and banana are fruits, but the cat recognize them as a sneak. The colour of the wheel is neither good: green. Thirdly islts shape is similar to a ventilator. These are dangerous visual information for a pet. Maybe the smell of the plastic neighter good. Sometimes pets need more time to accustomed a new thing, but if a pet continuously frustrated, it is a better thing to let our desire to go. Sometimes, our pet is a good guy and wants to continue trying, but if we see that they are frustrated, let our thing go away. 😊 This hog is a very good guy, but seemingly not in good friendship with his running wheel. I think let go this and try with the standing wheel.

Thank you for your consideration. She sometimes sits on the wheel and doesn't seem to feel stressed. The animals are getting enough exercise in the breeding space, so we will continue to monitor the situation.
