Yes before it's working but now that the dominance ice got revamp it's not working anymore cause you have to get hit before domi activates which is hard for Angela since she attached herself to her teammates. So basically she won't get hit when she's attached.

Yes it still is except for Angela which when she attached she can't be targeted which makes dominance new passive not work. Basically every targetable hero this dou item is still possible.

The game CBT already ended on Feb 1st but you can reserve a registration now for the upcoming Taiwan release (I don't know when is the global release yet but you can use VPN to play in Taiwan server) the game can be found in taptap app if it's not available in your Google app store.
