not worth it you dont want to live here its a scam. Unless you can afford the 10m + homes it will feel like living in any regular city nearby and south San Marino has always had a presence and issues with Was Ching gang members. Basically the closer you are to east San Gabriel and Alhambra the iffy it can be at times. Still nice homes but you'd be paying over 2m+ regardless as a start.
