Beautiful home. While the sliders are nice, I would have liked a wood frame, just to match the rest of the home. With those high ceilings, I would think you wouldn’t need to run the a/c all that much.

Architecturally not my style, but considering when it was designed and built years & years ago, this much older layout might have been popular. Another great Mike video as always IMHO: Good home I suppose if you are going to have clients over. Otherwise, it is not classy or classic. Too many doors and not good ones like floor to ceiling fleetwood doors. No yard. No surf views. No pantry. If the doors were at least fancy or unique or stunning, but no. Nothing wowed me about this home. No special or unique woods or stone or design or any spice at all. This $7.5 million dollar home has zero wow factor. Totally not worth $7.5. IMHO that is 😋

Been living here for 9 years and this village is the first place we looked for property, a man stopped our car in the road and told us we were not welcome and told us to get out, it’s not welcome to mainlanders at all, be very careful about buying there.

Hey, Mike its called a water jet. Its a CNC using MCD machine control data to cut various materials. I used to work for the Boeing Co back in the 90s and programmed 3,4,5 axis machines the water jet was just one of them.

It’s a great property. It needs some smart decorating and landscaping. I really like the lock out, solar and 3 car garage. The view with protected land really clinches the deal. I just settled on a brand new house 2 weeks ago, but I’m always dreaming of Hawaii. Thank you for the tour. ❤
