Hi, In case you uploaded a document by mistake just upload the correct document on the same folder and that way it will be replacing the wrong one.

Log in to ITS enabler and do a re-admission of an undergraduate course. They will consider you for an undergraduate program.

You don't have an option of deleting it. Though you can re-upload the right document where you uploaded the wrong one.. Name it accurately so that the institution can notice it.

Hello Reneilwe. Can you log in to your ITS enabler, go check the number of applications that u have made for 2024. The system will say an application exists only if you have already applied for that particular course. Try applying for another course and lemme know if the same thing happen.

No, I am south african student . I don't know maybe the system are different. Because the application I am referring to is an application at Central University of Technology. Though with my application at Tshwane University of technology and other universities such documentations were not required. I am clueless on what to do, I called in the institution but no response, and on the email I am given a 10 days time frame to upload the documents.

Hi, based on my experience you can't delete but you can upload another document on the same folder in case the ones you uploaded are wrong and make sure that you name them accordingly so that the institution can notice them easily.. The likes of I'd Copy, Proof of Payment or Gr.12 statement or Certificate.

Log in to the ITS. On the left panel click the Re-admission, accept the rules and click on "Qualification you wish to apply for". Then you will see a search option. Search the course you wish to apply for... That's it.

Yes, the application is already submitted. And that is proven by being given a student number at the end (On your email).

Hi. You don't need to worry about that, when u have your proof of payment just upload it on "administration fee" using "Load/View document". Ignore "Maintain Documents" focus on "Upload Document". That's the option you should use.

@@hloni9181 No need to be worried once you have uploaded the documents just know everything is fine, that "No" you see will change over time since your things needs to be processed.

How long does it take to reflect

You choose upgrade option and go to your particular school, request a proof of the subjects you will be upgrading. Then you'll upload that.

Oh and again by the statement of results should i apload the previous year results which do not meet the requirements of the courses i applied for . AND state that this is my statemen of results of the previous year but i will apload the upgraded ones once i i recieve the new ones after writting....Or should i just leave it blank bcz im upgrading them

@@lehlohonolo1844 You can leave it blank since once u upload ur previous statement they will respond based on it and still say you don't meet the requirements. It's best to upload the letter for upgrading and later the new results as soon as they are available.

@@lehlohonolo1844 No they won't as long they have a proof that u are upgrading and as soon as you receive your upgraded results you attach them, you will be on the safer side.

It's not simple to delete the document by yourself but what you can do is to upload the correct document with a message on the comment section. Specifying what is it and also mentioning that the first document should not be considered. Option B: You can call the institution admin office to ask them remove the wrongful uploaded document.

You won't be required to pay the application again and all the documents are still fine, if TUT wants you to upload again they will communicate via email. You can do your re-admission if the institution is taking late applications of the particular course you wanna do..
