The Atria score has no percent. It can't be used in entering the Atria and Garfield risk on the main page. Atria is 6, not a percent. Garfield is less than 1%. One is "intermediate risk" (Atria) and one is very low risk (Garfield). What do i do with that in the calculator? The only risk factors are age and female gender. Confusing.

I'm only 25 pounds overweight, BMI of 29. I have HFpEF, diagnosed in 2022 and an ejection fraction of 70%. I also have neuropathy and advanced degenerative arthritis which make it hard to walk and exercise. I use a walker to get around, which is getting more difficult by the day. I have shortness of breath at rest and with exertion. Would I be a good candidate for SGLT2 inhibitors?

When you say High LDL Cholesterol "or" Familial Hypercholesterolemia do you mean that these are the same thing? Or do you mean that one can have FH and, taking no medications, have LDL of 125 or 130 at age 45-50, OR would LDLs at that age need to be 170 or so to diagnose FH?
