I don't know whether it's true or not. I've never noticed a keeper with fighting spirit that improves his performance. Normally GKs don't even get tired in game and fighting spirit takes action when the players stamina is low.

They aren't in the list because you have already trained more than 1 skill. Sign another player with 0 skills and train the skill on the player

The last formation is no longer used by the team I showed in the video. However, you can get it from : 1. Africa>national > Tunisia 2. Asia/oceania > national > Oman

No, change the formation in game plan. What I mean is, change the formation in game plan then enter my league and the formation will be there. However if you have already started a league, you're already in my league with a specific team, the formation won't change unless you start a new league.
