I know this building and it's CRAP! A friend of mine rented there for a year and it was one thing after another - floods, leaks, elevator breakdowns and heating problems during the winter. It was cheaply built and it looks it - fake wood grain everywhere, poor quality appliances and laminate flooring in the suites which was then starting to come loose. Avoid this place!
