Even if a nail salon uses metal instruments and sanitises them, they still use the same nail files on everyone. And nail polishes are also shared. Best to bring your own stuff, or learn to do them yourself at home if you are worried about cross-contamination. There’s nothing like a fresh shiny nail! ❤

If I may make a suggestion, I have been in sales for many years and I was taught you don’t ask a yes or no question, you ask which product/set/? would you like to start with today? If you ask would you like to purchase something you’ll get an automatic no. Example: you go to a store and you see a red dress in the window that you would like to have. A sales clerk walks up to you and asks you “is there anything I can help you with?” You answer “no, just looking. “. If the sales clerk would have asked “what can I show you today or what would you like to try on or what caught your eye?” You’ll tell them you want to try on the red dress. The first response people have to a yes or no question is almost always no because we have been conditioned to say that.

I am a new consultant and have been feeling overwhelmed like Cindy said. So many things came at me so fast. My recruiter left for the sales seminar so I felt a little bit lost. What to do if I don’t have a big inventory (just 1 or 2 of each), but it is the old collection? The company has already come out with new formulations and packaging. I don’t have usual clients (my sells have been random). And I need to sell what I have to be able to buy the new stuff.
