Hi Yvonne, that depends on the program - If it's "vendor" type of credit with net 30 accounts and other business credit that's not specifically a business credit card at zero percent interest, then you can build your credit without necessarily needing to have good established personal credit. But if it is a business credit card and cards at 0% interest, this usually requires good credit. I hope that helps. This one made me chuckle. It's funny cuz it's true. I went and bought a car, had a credit score of low 700s. The car was older so they shotguned my credit to multiple banks. I didn't realize this till about 2 or 3 days later when it showed up on C.K.

Just a thought...why would there be a limit towards the number of grants a business owner or otherwise could apply for? I can only think of being awarded a grant once would limit the chances of being awarded the same grant twice. Why even mention that you're "not" limited to how many grants you apply for?

Hi Chad, you are on point, I agree with what you’re saying. That’s why it’s hard to get startup loans without proper projections and assumptions - someone with previous experience in their industry with a realistic business plan that has good margins and can keep it stable with having extra working capital/liquid on hand may make it work for a couple of months (it would be tight though), but overall the benefit should exceed the repayment. It’s the Management side that really throws people off, they bite more than they should and with prices high, you see a lot of businesses overextending themselves. Thanks for sharing :)
