@@paulo7200 haha yes! Also there is a lot of smaller independently owned gyms opening up as well that are but smaller and less crowded.

If the landlord can't provide basic items run a quick title search to make sure 1) they are the landlord and 2) no imminent foreclosure / divorce sale / tax lien.
