If you look at the SoC you can see its around 50%. Its only that fast when its above 80%. It quickly drops the lower the charge

0-60 mph for a performance is 3.1

@@takforce06 it isn’t exactly that. Under 90% battery and great weather and road conditions it can get as low as 3.2 but most of the time the realistic time is 3.3-3.5. Trust me. I have timed the launch 0-60 between a performance 3 and dual motor S which also claims 3.1. I got 3.25 on the S and 3.4 on the 3P. The horsepower is different. The model 3 performance is weaker after it gets past 40. It still kicks strong but it’s noticeably less kick than another Tesla vehicle with the same 0-60. The 3.1 you see online isn’t what happens in real life. Rollout is a factor also. 3.1 is probably after the 1 foot of movement.

The temperature has a lot to do as well. That, on its own, can add a few seconds to the acceleration.

@@teslatingz9664 If that's the case, it's not a performance model. The 0-100 km for a performance model 3 is 3.3 seconds, therefore it should do 0-120 km in less than 4 seconds. If it took 6 seconds to do 0-120, that would make it a base model 3.
