I can't even imagine the weight on your shoulders with a big flop on top of the self branding and following. It's almost hard to believe you can keep any type of aggressive direct response e-commerce store running for over a year unless you stay under 30k/mo in sales. The merchant processing scams are a whole different story. Anyway, thanks for being so transparent.

I kind of wish all drop shipping videos start out like this to show the realities of building your 'house on sand' so to speak. Celebrities experience this when they get to the top and lose themselves. I'm really glad you shared this because I have been concerned that many young people may be mislead by the nature of the flashy get rich quick e-com vids.

What i got from this video was he overindulged on his lifestyle though it cost him big-time. He tried to make a crappy item into a full-fledged brand work but it didn't. And now he just started again and went in with a different mindset and it worked out.

My "why" has never been validation or clout but rather options. Stuck behind a desk 8-5 m-f sucks, begging for a raise sucks, giving 110% everyday and that just being an expectation sucks. Little late but great video. I am 25 now... started drop shipping 4 years ago. Multiple 7 figures top line, and man its been a roller coaster ride in every way imaginable. Nate said it best, validation... We all start in business for different reasons but our "why" changes as we evolve as entrepreneurs, make the money and hit our goals. We realize that it's one constant chase of always seeking more and never being fulfilled with where you are at. I think we all go through this crisis at one point in our journey. very important lessons out here. - keep close contact with supplier and make sure they can handle the load. Bulk order to us asap rocky when you confirmed the product works. - don't forget your store. 100% passive income doesn't exist (maybe 99%). Constantly check if everything is ok every once in a while. - avoid scaling your lifestyle at the same pace as your income. Diversify your sources of income before scaling your living costs. - don't insist on a failing brand for several months (determine a threshold of failure) - don't commit if you don't even know if its gonna work (we have the privilage to test before heavily commiting with a product) -

Started drop shipping because of Biaheza , I started just a month ago, made 6 sales for my first day launching my website and advertising it. I spent around $230 for my ads the first day and I had a revenue of $150, profit was like $80. I was negative, I felt really sad and bad about it. I was hoping to get more purchases the first day but I think it was fine, 2nd day I started to promote another product, paid $17 for an influencer for a post, No sales. at this point I didnt know what to do.(being stupid here) after a few days I revamped the website and tried to do fb ads. spent around $220 on fb ads for 3 weeks. I had 3 sales but 3 of my fb ad accounts got banned that's why I only had 3 purchases. I've been feeling so anxious and I always question myself if this is going to work. just these last 2 weeks I have trouble sleeping and concentrating on school and at work. I dont even enjoy working out and exercising anymore like I used to. I have had a lot of mistakes in just over a month, I have sent out the products to the wrong address, shipping times were delayed, I had trouble setting up my business email, I spent over $200 on ad creatives that I don't use. I have spent over $900 on this journey. I get that for some people $900 is a lot, and for me it is too, But it was all worth it for me. I'd rather spend $900 on learning than just buying luxury items that I don't need. I have realized a lot of things, and I have fallen in love with e-commerce. Even though I am still starting I still haven't achieved success, I will continue to pursue and build my own brand. I really want to thank you Sebastian for being a good teacher, I have learned a lot from you, I listen to your youtube videos while I work and I really appreciate what you do. God Bless You Man! BTW I'm just turned 18 trying to achieve my dreams. :D

Drop shipping is not a long term business that you can sustain. I’d like to see these people build a long term brand. I keep seeing drop shippers deal with refunding, horrible customer service, bad products, long shipping times, and then collapse. How do you have customer retention and growth with a model like that. Focus on long term branding and growth

I get you guys talking about the stuff, where you start because you want to make money and live this lavish lifestyle but I think it's necessary step to go through and everyone who is starting in ecommerce will go through that. The only thing that seperates the succesful and the unsuccesful is how fast can you go past this step and focus your attention to the bigger picture.

This was 100% me. Same exact thing happened to me, but not a 7 figure scale. Now I transformed the business into a more legit one. The struggle is real and I'm still losing money. But I'm not gonna give up. Thanks for the reaffirmation guys.
