00 & 009 Gauge Loft Model Railway May 2024 Running Session

My running session for may with a mix of steam and diesel on the heritage line, some movements on the 009 line with a little look at the new sidings for the engine shed which is currently being worked on, some mainline freight and a west coast railways special.

Cheers Al, i tried to recreate a bit of what i see at Carnforth when the diesel or electric switches with the steam before carrying on its journey and a mix of different things. Tom

I don't like the look of main line freight, with that slow as a snail 66 diesel. Surely a Class 47 or 37 would suffice. Nice mix of steamies and Mr. DMU. Don't work on the narrow gauge shed too much, or you'll spoil its nice look. I like the shed the way it is, maybe just add some lights on the ceiling so volunteers can see what they're doing. I love the steam railtour, and I've seen two real railtour trains for the first time in my life. I'll take a look at that video, glad you enjoyed the rail tour, and don't worry the loco shed is staying as it is am just working on the scenery around it and redone the sidings so I can fit more locos on 👍
