Lockbar🤔 I repaired my Garmin 76Cx. There were three of those lockbar. For a few minutes, I could not figure out why two of the three connectors slid right in but the third didn't. Then looking at the edge, the third locked on the top side vs the bottom of the other two. Learned something new that day and I now know what they are called from this video. 😂

If you do routed boards held in with mousebites you would have enough space around the edge of boards to let connectors and stuff overhang correctly. No need to brake apart before pick&place after pasting.

When you upload the stream is there any way to include the Chat as well? Don't know if it's possible. Can be a tad hard to follow when you can't see what the question was that you are responding to. Now if I can just sort out the Notifications I won't need to be concerned with that. I saw a video where a couple had made their whole house cat friendly with walkways and "tunnels" through wall. The spent USD$35,000 on the setup about 10 years ago. Pretty cool looking too. It looks so odd that you have 4 boards that you have to snap apart. I see why though.
