First impressions are everything, and to ensure your relationship with pressure passing starts off on the right foot, you’re going to need a proper introduction.
In this video, you’ll be introduced to the 4 main archetypes of the pressure passing system.
The Double Unders
The Over Unders
Smash Half, and...
Position 1 (Don’t let this arbitrary name fool you, this bad boy is truly devastating for any would-be guard player).
Ensure you watch this video and all videos within this course all the way through, from start to finish, as many of the concepts you’ll learn in certain videos will serve as the backbone to others and build as they go on.
This will guarantee you start your relationship with pressure passing the right way and with a good first impression…
… which also means you’ll soon be leaving your own impression on your opponent’s face.

If you jump out of a plane with an uke, no parachutes, and you start a roll while free falling then gravity is obviously there but it's largely irrelevant who's on bottom. In other words in free fall, mount=full guard. So it's not quite the gravity which helps in jiujitsu, a lot comes from the friction forces, i.e. person on bottom can't move freely because of friction against the mats. It's a technicality, but with this in mind it would be better to say that in this video you study applications of interactions between gravitational and electromagnetic forces. I think it would be very interesting to have a roll on an ice skating rink, to see how much gravity helps _by itself_. I imagine that mount would be still hardish to escape, but e.g. pulling of an arm triangle from mount would be impossible.

Why would any attack from Mount be impossible?

@@urbansamurai261 I was thinking nogi. I don't think nogi arm triangle from mount is possible on an ice skating ring because you need to first isolate an arm, and I can't imagine this being possible without using the friction of the mat (but admittedly I haven't tried).

@@jinxit lol of course ok I'm just thinking by posting a hand above the person's shoulder should stop any lateral movements but as you said I've yet to test this theory 😂
