Looks good. Getting ready to do this on my ‘00 378 Dump truck. Looks like a bit of a pain but nothing I can’t handle. Cheers!

That is a old Altom trans. truck the pin striping is a dead give away

It's probably a roadworks 14.5 drop visor. I just ordered one from 4 state trucks

If its riveted on you drill it off, just like any other damaged rivet!

It's a Huck type rivet, he'd have to take a punch and centerpunch every rivet. That's way more work, grind it, knock it out and be done.
