Hi Sandra… I must say that my heart broke for you, just a little, when that coaster slid off! 😞 I’ve had the same thing happen, as have most of us I’d say… but that doesn’t make you feel any better at the time!! The two completed coasters are stunning… you did so well with the waves, and the addition of the glitter at the end was genius!! I do a lot of ocean/beach inspired pours so I’m gonna pinch that idea for sure!! Also, may I ask… is there a reason that you took them out of the mould after the first layer? I had written this sentence well before your little disaster, so that’s not the reason I’m asking… I’m just curious. 😊 Lots of love from Nat. (Brisbane, Australia) ♥️♥️🇦🇺

@@mattersofthehartbynat8815 Hi Nat. I think this video resonated with many people and the funny thing is I nearly didn’t post it because it was a disaster. I’m glad I did post it in the end as the remaining coasters were beautiful 😍. I took them out after the first layer as I didn’t want to use the heat gun on the moulds. They are new and I i didn’t want to damage them. Sandra x

I don't get it with the Sans not scratch the mold? And why did you take it out of the mold before you finish them sorry I have yet to make these and I need to know why why why why LOL😊 if you stop and look for a second at the coaster that all fell off it was all chunky at the top wouldn't that have made a great white cap and then pushed it up there on purpose you may have accidentally found a new way to do waves minus the mass of course LOL the two did turn out very pretty though

@@jaquelinepaul7384 hiya. I poured a base layer of resin on the mould before adding any sand so that the sand doesn’t touch the mould at all. Xxx
