EV in the second part of the series PV you can do it like EV

This is easy way to do reasonable reports. But for advanced, we should connect to XER or the database of standalone or EPPM. You'll find sample in my first video. I'm using them in my work. May be in the future I can make videos, but it depends on my time and the interaction with my videos which is discouraging until now.

I think you should recalculate the baseline before assigning. Anyway the method I'm using until now is applicable for any primavera project with cost loading. The difference will be in the next videos when dealing with WBS.

Total cost هوا اجمالي الاعمال للمشروع Planned cost هوا قيمة الاعمال المخططة تنفيذها عند data date Earned value قيمة الاعمال التي تم تنفيذها عند data date

الcost loading للبرنامج بيستخدم لتقييم الاعمال فقط. فال actual cost مش المفروض يتحمل على البرنامج لان الموضوع صعب جدا ودا بيبقى مع ال cost control.

موضوع الcost دي نسبة للcost loading اللي هيا تحميل قيمة عقد المشروع على انشطة البرنامج الزمني من وجهة نظر المقاول في التعامل مع الملك المالك مالوش دعوة بالcost وهيا بتتقال cost مجازا فال total cost بتبقى الcontract value. Earned value لما تعمل ابديت للبرنامج،،، قيمة الاعمال المنفذة على البرنامج الزمني Planned value قيمة الاعمال المفروض تنفيذها عند تاريخ الابديت Actual cost دا لمقارنة التكاليف الحقيقية،،، ودي شغالانة الcost control لانها خاصة بالتكاليف الخاصة بالمقاول

What you mean by different data dates? The project has one data date. If you want to have the previous reports?

In this case you should have the multiple exported files in one folder and identify each data exported from each file by data date or you can easily identify the data date in the file name which can be extracted. It's not easy task to discuss in this chat. I can do video about the idea. But keep in mind your database will be huge and slow. My suggestion to keep last report and data of each month. This data can be used also of trends. After completing the series, I'll do it ISA👌

But be ready for some advanced Power Query
