at first I was like damn this will cost & it might not make the investment back but now that I think about it more. it can be used for a lot of things: renaissance fairs, HEMA tournaments, parties, tourist attraction, LARP, Buhurt, movies, etc & make back some investment with rent. I hope the idea ends up like you are visualizing it in your mind. Just have modern bathrooms & a shower for obvious reasons & a medkit. If people are going to be doing contact sports there then yea the basics gotta be there.
