Thankfully for PR, they currently have only a low risk (5-20%) for just tropical storm level winds (39 - 73 mph) and only the very eastern end & southernmost coast are currently expected to get some heavier rain (1-4 inches). This could change a bit, of course, as it moves, but these are the current forecasts from NHC for PR for Beryl. I didn't see any storm surge mentioned. Though, I would expect some increased wave heights at least. It's still too early to tell anything more solid about Invest 96L (behind Beryl), so it's always a good idea to keep an eye on things for now. Best of luck to those for whom you are concerned!
