Guruji aap mahaan ho. I could relate to each and every point whatever you said in this video. I am born and brought up in Guwahati. And for the last 2 years I have been posted in Silchar which is the typical Chhoti shehar with Chhoti soch. Posted here coz I applied as Medical officer under State Government. Each and every point, the place hasn’t prospered even after so many years. First day I came in service I saw people only gossiping even doctors who are considered highly professional. Pettiness way way too much. People take every word personally here. Paise nikalti nahi logo se. Sab kuch free me chahiye. Fokat me dawai de do, fokat me consultation kar do. Yahi scene hai yaha Silchar me. In these 2 years however Guwahati has progressed like anything. Amazing infrastructure development. And so many startups have popped up there. I myself felt my thinking horizon being affected after coming here in Silchar. Honestly its been about 5 months since I have seen Guruji’s video and I have got hell lot of clarity on so many things. And 2 things I am definitely doing within 2024. 1. Leave Government Job 😂. Enough enough reasons to do so. 2. Go to Guwahati and setting up my enterprise there. If you can work remotely from a small town, there is nothing better than it. In large cities you will spend 2-4 hours daily in commute and the traffic, noise, pollution, honking will heavily drain your energy. In small towns, you will get more free time to work on your hobbies or side business or do self study. Also cost of property is far less. In large cities you can no longer afford your own house. You will be stuck in a tiny/small 1-2 BHK flat. It is like upper/middle class of small towns migrating to become middle/lower class of large cities.
@ClearCutRecaps6 ай бұрын
Right, scoring the same paycheck while working remotely from a smaller city is a massive win. Anyone wasting 2-4 hours commuting daily? Seriously dumb. Aim for a max of 1 hour by picking a decent place to live. Pollution's everywhere unless you're in the boonies or up in the hills. Housing comes at a lower cost in small cities, mainly because the folks there aren't pulling in hefty paychecks. And its a tough task to rent out your house in a small city. The whole "tiny flat" thing? It's all relative. Even in small cities, houses might seem like matchboxes to rural folks. Bottom line - if you're making bank in a small city, hats off! If not, stop hiding behind excuses and get off your lazy ass.

Then Qingdao which has many industrial and chemical goods manufacturing is also a port city. China has about 30 cities of the size of Hyderabad/Pune. There are cities which are specific to certain type of manufacturing. And if you look at the industrial parks you will be stunned. The cost to ship a product from a Chinese inland city to US west coast is less than half of India. Similarly one should visit Vietnam and see the progress. Awesome classic topic ❤️😃👍- I have lived in metro as well as non metro city so can understand and categorize as advantage and disadvantages Advantages - 1) Job opportunities and standard of living is high in big cities.Also package is high and approach to life is different . 2)"Time is money" nobody has time for gossip and spreading negativity as office is far from home and people spend 2-4(to&fro) hrs in travelling for job on daily basis .3) You learn to live life with challenges and face life more smarter way than in small cities. 4) People avoid creating mess unnecessary due to time constraints.all are in self msnagement mode . Disadvantages :1) Health issues are very high in big cities due to pollution , stressful life 2) Difficult to stay with parents in small flats and parents find it difficult to settle in metro city 3) Loneliness- In case of health issues and no family members around chances of getting into depression is very high .4) With time you get disconnected with family members and lose interest in settling into non metro city.5) Post retirement life is very difficult as life is very fast and old people cannot adopt to drastic changes in metro life .

I lived for some time in Mainpuri, which is a small district of UP. Lot of sound pollution of vehicles and pollution due to old vehicles. Right now I m in a big city of India, all busses here are converted into CNG and electric. Actually it is subjective choice to choose a big city of small city, Both are good. But village is pollution free.

I disagree.This is the time of internet. So no need to move anywhere. After leaving this so called smart job, most of our cousins now shifted back to their roots. They are doing very well there. Many studied and now working abroad only to return and live a conformable life in rural set up where they have alredy invested in farm land, coffee estate.etc. we visit them regularly go there. They have all the fecility of city life. When they want they come to cities too. So a big no to this idea.

Sir, Please please make a video on in-laws taking money from working DIL forcefully. I’m dealing with a situation where the elder DIL is not working, is suffering from health issues whereas being a 1990 born I’m working in an MNC. I have been forced to spend my hard earned money due to pressure of in laws. I have a 2 year old daughter and my husband doesn’t speaks at home. I’m really in a messed up situation where I curse these people daily due to the way they ill treated me on behalf of me not submitting my whole salary to them. I wanted to have a consultation with you but your charges are too high as you yourself keep mentioning this. But please please can you help me with an explanation what should I really do?

Can you want property of your in-laws then you also need to take Shared Responsibilities
@anupamasahu15398 ай бұрын
If you are working women then have some courage too. There is no one who can force you. Its just you don't have the guts to make people unhappy and have this burden of people pleasing. Your parents made you what you are today. You are only responsible for your parents and your daughter cz you brought her in this world. Your husband should take care of his family needs. Indian family system sucks out whatever one can from the one who is a little capable of giving. They dont request..they take. You just have to say no. And that should be final.

@@SUKHPREETSINGH-hy2zp I don't want my in laws property but I do want fairness for my husband's hard earned money which is not the case. If there is a need of something in the house they want me only to bring it and spend my money and do not give any money for household expenses. This is what I feel is wrong.
@amanpreetkaurkhurana10018 ай бұрын
@@anupamasahu1539 Yes, you are right. I showed a little courage and that is where they tried to humiliate me and boycotted from the whole family and left me all alone with my 3 months old kid. I agreed upon giving 30% share to the household expenses but instead they wanted all of my money hence they did all this with me. Now the problem is because I agreed to give 30% of the share they are not giving me anything in hand to buy anything for the house and everytime I go to my husband he says that he doesn't has any money and cannot contribute towards the expenses. I'm in a very troubled situation where I have suffered so much even after being working.
