This week I had a few ingredients in the fridge that needed to be eaten quickly before they ended up in the bin. Buying things impulsively and then forgetting about them is a bad habit of mine that I am trying to fix, but still sometimes mistakes happen.
Eventually, I managed to use the forgotten fruits & veg with two easy recipes that turned out to be absolutely delicious!
