Nice work! 👍🏼 Wish I had the patience for model building, but I’m more of a buy pre-made kits kind of guy. I just purchased the Bandai Saturn V rocket, and have it on display on my desk. Love anything Apollo and the Atlantic War.

Did you use an airbrush for the streaking effects and layering? Very nice!

Thanks. Airbrush for all the painting. Chipping fluid between coats and paint removed with a stiff brush that was wetted with water to allow for the different layers to come through, then brush applied oils (burnt umber) for the rust streaking.

I'm interested as to why you chose not to use a wash to blacken the drainage holes from the main hull. I found blackening the holes added to the effect of the boat.

It's simple construction, but some of the parts are quite small. It's a fun build though.
