Finally with Kokoro!! For real!!!! the patch 1.20 make Kokoro now available in VS and Practice mode properly, along with her spellcards and even Last word!! Enjoy~
They also added some music when your fame gauge hit max and when activate the Last word, this help you notice how much time left before you wear off and lost a chance to activate Last word.

Yes, it is a close-combat last word spell card, I recommend using it after you execute a combo or while doing a combo.

I don't have anything against the Urban Legend Last Words of ULiL and AoCF, but I would like it if, in the next Touhou fighting game, we at least got the option to pick between the UL Last Words and these ones... Maybe Moe could give us some updated LW art?

Does anyone know how Futo's Last Word Spell Card work? For those who don't know throw up a freakin' plate it will burn up the opponent :> I prefer charging the plate up to its maximum count before use, or so on how you want to use it.

Try Changing your controls and find which button activates the dish plates of Futo xD. Once you activated it while the Last Word is in there. The plates will gain additional damage and will cause a Flame Geyser. If it hits the nermy it can cause total fatal in Story mode or vs Com.

FrosTEA By dish plates of futo... do you mean as in..? I mean my S key sends out multiple plates to surround me and fire and just hodling s for one second sends only 1 or 2. Is it htat key

You need to clear Kokoro's story mode before you can use her.

She has skills, but you need to set them in the profile menu; she doesn't start with skills equipped. If you can't set them, you should be able to get through story mode without (clearing on Easy may be good enough).

You can use a last word when that bar circled around the character's portrait is blue. If you fight normally, it'll rarely happen. There is a popularity rise and drop. When it rises, you can use it. (I dunno if I got it right.)
