Set amid a dense residential locality of Koramangala in Bengaluru, this home uniquely blends the private and rental apartments in a single volume. The house is designed for the client’s personal residence which occupies the 3rd and 4th floor, while the rental apartments are placed on the ground, 1st and 2nd floors. The apartments on the lower floors are planned with basic amenities in form of a 1BHK

Love the subtle and understated look of the house. Guess the owners are into some form of minimalism which is refreshing to see! I just wished they had a lift to navigate the 3 floors....

I think buildofy has decided to make videos as short as possible..That's why they are making videos which don't show any planning of house ..Even in this video and in last few videos they have not showed full house floor wise.. Don't know why? But it's disappointing..

Make some videos on how well u can design are build your house plan based on personal taste, keeping in mind about limited space and budget. So people can make better design when they are planning to build one for them 👍🏻👍🏻

@Buildofy ideal if you can 5-6 minute videos these videos are over barely after they start...you used to make on average 8-9 minute videos..nothing wrong in reverting back to the old model! Pl think about it...

Confusing. Are you an interior designer or architect of this house? Further there is no clarity on rental apartments housed in the g, 1, 2 floors. How could you get g+4 floor permission in Koramangala. Buildofy, pls get your act together. Increasingly erratic videos are being uploaded.

I have the same doubt, would be helpful if Buildofy mention these costs separately so we can decide weather the construction cost is in our budget and then we can download the plan. I don't want to download random plans which might be out of my budget.

Dear Architect. Architecture doesn't work much with the floor plans... It works lot with the elevation, interior and ofcourse deals with zoning, circulation, etc...
