The Chopper is a great "investment". The ease and precision it provides in cutting styrene is worth every penny. You will not regret the money spent on it.

Hi David, great video. A great way to curve styrene is to slightly warm it with a hair dryer and then wrap it around something of the appropriate diameter, like a dowel or drill bit. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. Jeff

Extensions look great. Your chopper should have come with a single side razor blade so you can cut the piece you want to save with a square edge instead of a bevel. That may have been what threw your first duplicate attempt slightly off.

It did come with a blade. The problem isn't a bevel, it doesn't leave a bevel. The problem is that the blade itself has a width and when it cuts it pushes the plastic aside.

@@DavidsShips Great. I have one and I found out the wrong blade will make it do odd things.
