Watching these vlogs is like having that second slice of cheesecake you know you shouldn’t have, but it just tastes so good going down that you can’t help yourself. Cheer up Mike. It’s called variance. A man with as much experience as you should be numb to such trivial beats. These reactions ladies and gentlemen, is the product of not saving your money during your younger years. Save your wins and prepare inevitable losses and they won’t tilt you like they do Mike. With all that said, I love the unfiltered raw emotion Mike. Keep the vlogs coming!!!!

Variance: throwing good money after bad in the assumption that on average you come out ahead
@aiuser-fy2beАй бұрын
Variance? Nah he is not good.
@billj4525Ай бұрын
@@aiuser-fy2be Some of it's variance, but yeah he's not great. He needs to be more realistic about that. Assuming to himself he plays so great does nothing to help his game, it's bad for his game. He needs to look at his game with a top player who will be honest with him and work on it from there.

I can't get enough of Mike. He is the complete opposite of Daniel Negreanu's vlog. Mike is the modern day Sisyphus, the tragic king from Greek Mythology, whose punishment in hell was to roll a boulder up a hill, only to see it roll back down when it neared the top, repeating this action for eternity. Mike's punishment is to suffer bad beat after bad beat and then to roam the halls of the casino telling us about each one.

Yeah, I highly doubt the validity of his recollections, too...being so geeked up on Adderall and all (even though he says he's drug free now). Why doesn't this guy just video some hands at the table?

Not sure you want to hear this, but without knowing the suits (77)J is only a 56% favorite against (44)K if both players go to showdown no matter what. (Thanks, ProPokerTools!)

I played with Mike for lots of hours at the old 5-10 NLO8 table on Full Tilt (yes, no limit). We all considered him average, maybe not even breakeven at that table, which had several crushers. The real crusher there was Scott Clements.
@ogChipbleederАй бұрын
“We considered him average” 😂 Who tf are you?!? Did you used to talk to the other players away from the table? I’m pretty sure you were the guy with his meat in his hand telling everybody and their brother that you were at Mike The Mouth’s table. FOH clown! 🤡
@dkastilАй бұрын
He had tons of money back then I don’t think he gave a shit about online money(Full Tilt 💵). Remember how big a punter he used to be.
@williamdavis2505Ай бұрын
Yeah I m not really one to say but I know what the crushers were saying. It’s not a very high stake he was probably just splashing around. Still, Scott Clements is better than he is at Omaha.

When MM loses "i run so bad" When he spins 4k to 90k at the 5k level he thinks it was all skill 🤣🤣 77j is 55 percent vs 44k Whah whah how can that possibly lose For any young guys who wonder how soft poker was 20 years ago- MM was a legit crusher. That's how bad people were.
@MitjitsuАй бұрын
Especially at mixed games. Even now, these live games are still soft, but now you're playing against people who at least know the rules to these games as opposed to barely knowing them back then.
@YTSpartyАй бұрын
Just go watch some of those old videos. I remember him berating people into folding. There were so many very weak players back then. Negreanu also built his bank roll on the same lousy players, he even admits it. If Negreau were starting now with a $10,000 bank roll, no one would know who he is.
@billj4525Ай бұрын
He played better then too, that's whats scary. He always sucked at cash games, used to get killed online even then. He was decent at tournaments and some of the mixed games.
@tommyfu9271Ай бұрын
@@billj4525 that's true. He got worse, people got better and he's a complete degenerate. He's still delusional enough to think he's a crusher and he's just running bad.
