So the odd nights can't be the same for the whole world at the same time.. Therefore to catch laylut qadr night one should observe every last 10/11 nights

Give Sadaqah to poor people. 6. Feed poor people. 7. Do Dhikr of Allah. 8. Send salutation upon (ﷺ).
