I have these shoes...the red color way. The crazy thing is this model shoe is from 2017. I wanted to try out peak hoop shoes in 2017 so I picked up a pair from famuji sneaker who shipped them to USA from China. I waited 3 weeks to get my pair...and immediately put them on court as one of my team shoes to match my red uniform. I wore them for a handful of games and scrimmages and had no major complaints. They held up to rigorous league games..traction/support/cushion was adequate. I remember having 30pts by the end of the third quarter of one of my games wearing the shoe. I still have the shoe sitting in storage somewhere...I'll never wear them competitively again because it's such a dated shoe. On court something I didn't like was the bottom heavy feel on the court back when I wore them. I was interested in the shoe because I like Lou Will's game and the fact that he's a lefty like I am. Bottom line is that if you like the shoe...get it. It has a nice appealing look and it's still a playable shoe even 5 years after it was first released. The lace straps on my shoes never ripped/detached from the upper...only thing I noticed is normal use wear. There's minor cosmetic wear on the coated dimpled heel surround and the lace web strap reflector 3M print started to wear off on one of the straps. Sizing: narrow/normal foot sizes are to go with a half size down. The rubber outsole is good for indoor hooping. Just clean them off with a moist terry towel after hooping.
