This is really easy to understand, I have a question though, I thought the basics of design thing were the four diamonds, Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver?

@@MindfulMarks No... I am serious... You should do more... Waiting for your next Deep dive on Empathy. One question that I get asked often is, "Empathy is more like a personal/emotional thing... How do we do that in a professional/formal environment?" Any thoughts on that?
@MindfulMarks
@MindfulMarks 4 жыл бұрын
@@samuelthamburaj Oh, yeah - I have lots of thoughts and experience with that in work settings - that will be the focus of one or more of the videos. There's a lot of lip service given to “Empathy,” but the practices and reality fall short - even in Design Thinking. We also receive contradictory information at work - on the one hand, business articles are saying that Empathy is the new Leadership Superpower and on the other hand most workplaces would like to deny that emotions are a natural and unavoidable fact of being human. “Leave your emotions at home.” As if that were a possibility... I believe that is a primary cause of toxic work environments - we have no shared language for feelings and needs in the workplace. I have been studying (and practicing) around this for a few years. I'm working on the outlines and scripts. There are also a lot of gender issues around emotions and the expressions of emotions - deep training from very early ages and then the differences across cultures... Yep. There's a lot here to be unpacked.

🙏😔 Please mam help me by answering these 4 questions please please please 1.A users experience means more than just a product interface. It encompasses the whole experience a person will have with a _______ and their overall satisfaction with a product. 2.Innovation is often in the details and design thinking does not need to ________ more. 3.Which companies have design thinking as part of their company operations? Choose three. Nissan Ford Microsoft Apple Google Volkswagen 4.Ideally, design leads to innovation and innovation ________ design 5.The paths for people centered design are flexible as they allow you to ________ a path if you need or want to.

Hi Shivani, These look like some kind of class quiz. There are actually multiple “answers” to each statement. These seem like they are written by someone looking for some specific answers based on a particular teaching or course. Design Thinking is a flexible framework that can be changed to achieve the desired results by the company or team that is using it. It's not one thing as I describe here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/opZoipBq2pnaqGw.html

Hey as a student this is a very useful video to learn the steps🤍💕 Could u tell me what is meant by business model assumptions? I was doing this business model for a company and i got asked what were the assumptions of the business model, I’m not sure what was I suppose to say
@MindfulMarks
@MindfulMarks 3 жыл бұрын
Assumptions can be at any level of operation, but usually, we start with assumptions about our users, customers, or clients. Assumptions about what features (products, info, support...) they do or do not want or need. Assumptions about demographics, technical fluency, capabilities, net worth, the list can go on and on. If there is no concrete data, it's an assumption. At the business model level, a huge common assumption is “this model worked for X company, so it will work for us.” The world is moving way too fast for that assumption to work out well and we see a massive proliferation of people trying to market their successful model. “I make a million a month with my easy breezy email sequence and you will, too. Sign up now and get a super discount and valuable bonuses!” You can get into the details of the business model and examine every level and nuance to uncover so many assumptions... this practice is a helpful risk reducer.
